Our Company
Guided by patience,
shaped by purpose
Lepak Stream was built on the understanding that the best technology partnerships start with listening — not with selling.
Back to HomeOur Story
Where Lepak Stream began
Lepak Stream was founded in Singapore in 2016 by a small group of technology practitioners who kept encountering the same frustration: organisations were being sold AI solutions before they had any real foundation for using them well. Rushed deployments led to quiet failures. Teams that felt bypassed became resistant. Investments stalled.
The founders believed a different model was possible — one where readiness comes before rollout, where employees are invited into the process rather than subjected to it, and where implementation timelines are built around genuine understanding rather than sales cycles.
The name Lepak Stream reflects the philosophy. Lepak — a Singaporean expression for taking things at a comfortable pace — and stream, for the kind of steady, purposeful movement that eventually shapes entire landscapes. Nothing frantic. Nothing forced.
Our Mission
What we're here to do
Build genuine readiness
Help leadership teams and employees develop real understanding of AI — its capabilities, its limitations, and its fit within their specific context.
Walk alongside, not ahead
Act as a considered partner throughout the process — not a vendor pushing toward the next milestone, but a team genuinely invested in outcomes that last.
What We Stand For
Our working values
Listening First
Before any recommendation, we spend meaningful time understanding the organisation, its people, its constraints, and what it actually needs from an AI engagement.
Honest Boundaries
We're clear about what AI can and cannot do. We will never overstate capability or understate complexity to make a programme seem more compelling.
Long-Term Orientation
Our success metric is how well your organisation uses AI six months after our engagement ends — not how impressive the rollout looked on day one.
Respect for People
Every employee who participates in our programmes is treated as an intelligent adult with a valuable perspective — not a problem to be trained away.
Proportionate Approach
We calibrate our recommendations to what an organisation genuinely needs — not to what would generate the largest engagement fee for us.
Confidentiality as Standard
Every engagement operates under strict confidentiality. What you share with us stays with us. Full stop.

How We Work
Quality and professional standards
ICDL-Aligned Framework
Our digital literacy components are developed in alignment with the International Computer Driving Licence framework for workforce digital skills.
PDPA Compliance
All data handling practices are structured in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, including how we store, process, and protect participant information.
Formal Confidentiality Agreements
Implementation partnerships include a mutual confidentiality agreement signed before any discovery work begins. Your operational information is protected by contract.
Regular Content Review
AI capabilities evolve rapidly. Our learning materials and implementation frameworks are reviewed and updated on a quarterly basis to reflect the current state of practice.
Participant Feedback Integration
Structured feedback is collected at each programme stage and used directly to improve content and delivery. Participant experience shapes what we offer next.
MOM-Registered Training Provider
Lepak Stream operates as a registered provider with Singapore's Ministry of Manpower guidelines for workplace learning and development programmes.
Our Expertise
AI integration that respects your organisation's character
Lepak Stream works with Singapore-based organisations across professional services, financial advisory, logistics, healthcare administration, and education. What these sectors share is a workforce of experienced professionals who bring substantial domain knowledge to their roles — knowledge that AI should support, not undermine.
Our approach begins with understanding the current state: how work actually gets done, where information lives, which decisions rely on institutional knowledge, and where repetitive burden accumulates. From this foundation, we develop a picture of where AI tools could genuinely add value — and where they might create more complexity than they resolve.
We hold particular depth in knowledge management automation, decision-support system design, and AI literacy development for non-technical teams. Our consultants have hands-on experience with the major enterprise AI platforms used by Singapore organisations, and we maintain active relationships with the academic and research community to stay current with developments in applied AI.
Above all, we work with a patient timeline. The organisations that come to us are typically not looking for speed — they are looking for assurance that what they build will actually work for their people and persist beyond the initial enthusiasm of a new initiative.
