Last Updated: 20 February 2026  ·  Effective Date: 20 February 2026

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions: "Agreement" means these Terms together with any programme confirmation. "Service" means the AI integration and training programmes offered by Lepak Stream. "Client" means any individual or organisation that engages our services. "We/Us/Our" refers to Lepak Stream Pte. Ltd. "Content" means all programme materials and deliverables. "Participant" means an individual who attends a Lepak Stream programme.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By enquiring about, enrolling in, or participating in any Lepak Stream programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If entering this agreement on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so. You must be at least 18 years of age to engage our services directly.

3. Service Description

Lepak Stream provides AI integration and workforce training services. Our current programmes are:

  • Gentle AI Introduction for Leaders — Three-session group facilitation over two weeks (S$335 per group)
  • Self-Paced AI Learning Environment — Digital access over eight to twelve weeks (S$490 per participant)
  • Thoughtful AI Implementation Partnership — Sixteen to twenty week engagement (S$920)

We reserve the right to update programme content to reflect AI developments, provided core learning objectives remain consistent.

4. Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of a signed confirmation and agreed payment arrangement. Group programme enrolments are subject to minimum participant numbers as stated at booking. We reserve the right to reschedule with reasonable advance notice if minimums are not met. For the Self-Paced Learning Environment, access is granted within two business days of confirmed enrolment.

5. User Responsibilities

As a client or participant, you agree to: provide accurate registration information; use programme materials for your own internal organisational purposes only; not reproduce, distribute, or share programme content externally without our written consent; treat Lepak Stream facilitators and staff with professionalism; keep digital learning credentials confidential and not share access.

6. Intellectual Property

All programme content, materials, frameworks, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of Lepak Stream Pte. Ltd. unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal use. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, resell, or publicly present Lepak Stream materials. Deliverables created specifically for your organisation during an Implementation Partnership and marked as client-specific are provided for your ownership upon payment in full.

7. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Leader Introduction and Learning Environment: Full payment before programme commencement, or as agreed in writing. Implementation Partnership: 30% deposit at commencement, balance invoiced at agreed milestones. Invoices unpaid within 30 days may attract a late payment charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations more than 14 days before a programme start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations 7 to 14 days prior attract a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Self-Paced Learning Environment access is non-refundable once granted. Exceptional circumstances are considered on a case-by-case basis.

8. Confidentiality

Lepak Stream treats all client-shared information as confidential. We will not disclose client-specific operational information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law. For Implementation Partnership engagements, a formal mutual confidentiality agreement is signed before discovery commences. Clients agree to treat non-public Lepak Stream methodologies as confidential.

9. Disclaimers

Our programmes are delivered with care and diligence. However, we make no representations about specific commercial outcomes, revenue improvements, or competitive advantages resulting from participation. AI technology evolves rapidly; while we update content regularly, we do not warrant that all information reflects the most current developments at all times. We do not provide legal, financial, or regulatory compliance advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Singapore law, Lepak Stream's total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant programme in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages including loss of business, revenue, or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lepak Stream, its directors, staff, and contractors from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of programme materials, or actions by participants from your organisation in violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate an Implementation Partnership by providing 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed to the date of termination are payable. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to any programme if a participant engages in conduct that is disruptive, abusive, or in material breach of these Terms. Provisions relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, payment for services rendered, and limitation of liability survive termination.

13. Dispute Resolution

We encourage any concerns to be raised directly with us first. We will make a genuine effort to resolve matters through informal discussion. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to attempt mediation through the Singapore Mediation Centre before proceeding to litigation. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

14. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms and your programme confirmation constitute the entire agreement for the relevant programme. Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in effect. Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce it in future. Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our written consent. Notices: Formal notices should be addressed to the contact information in Section 16.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued participation following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
