Do we need prior AI knowledge to participate?
Not at all. Our programmes are designed to meet participants wherever they are — including teams with no AI background whatsoever. The Gentle AI Introduction programme, in particular, is structured for people who are starting from a position of genuine unfamiliarity and want to build their understanding carefully.

How are sessions delivered — online or in person?
We offer both options depending on the programme and your organisation's preference. Leadership sessions are typically conducted in person at your premises or at our Temasek Boulevard office. The self-paced learning environment is fully digital. Implementation partnerships involve a blend of both, with in-person touchpoints at key phases.

What is the minimum team size for your programmes?
For the Leadership Introduction, we typically work with groups of four to twelve participants. The self-paced environment can accommodate individual enrolments or larger teams simultaneously. Implementation partnerships are scoped based on your organisation's size — we've worked with SMEs and larger enterprises across Singapore.

How long before we start seeing practical outcomes?
This varies by programme. The leadership introduction is designed to produce informed decision-readiness within two weeks. The learning environment typically shows measurable skill development after six to eight weeks. The implementation partnership produces tangible operational change across a four-to-five-month horizon, with smaller milestones along the way.

Are your programmes aligned with Singapore's SkillsFuture framework?
We're actively working toward SkillsFuture recognition for our programmes. We encourage organisations to get in touch directly so we can share the current status and any available funding avenues that may apply to your situation.

What happens to our data and information shared during engagements?
All information shared with us is treated with strict confidentiality. We operate under a formal confidentiality agreement for all implementation partnerships, and we do not share or use client data for any purpose beyond the scope of the engagement.
